1. Purchase at Sleek Copenhagen

All prices are in local valuta and included VAT and other fees. The local valuta is dependent on which country you have chosen.
We take reservations for:

3. Order confirmation

All packages are sent with PostNord and are delivered within 6 workdays. Longer delivery time may occur during campaigns, promotions, Holidays, and the like. In case of PostNord cannot deliver to your private address due to specific reasons, your package will be distributed to a package shop.
Sleek Copenhagen are sending all orders with free delivery.
Sleek Copenhagen does only delivery within Sweden, Norway and Finland.

6. Cancellation policy
In consumer purchases, all orders made through phone, or the internet gives the consumer the right to cancel within 14 days.
Therefore, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day you receive your products. The right of cancellation can only be used if the products are returned in the same condition and amount. Sleek Copenhagen recommends that all products are returned with PostNord and is send as a parcel. This way it is possible to track the parcel through PostNord, and it removes every doubt if the parcel has been delivered to Sleek Copenhagen. Furthermore, you have the possibility to track the parcel, in case it hasn’t been delivered to us. By returning your package, you are responsible for the parcel being packaged properly in original packaging, and the risk is upon you until the time for the package delivery.
Missing original packaging results in a degradation of the sales value, why you by an assessment made by Sleek Copenhagen, will be credited a corresponding smaller amount equivalent to the degradation.
You must return the package to us without unnecessary delay, and latest 14 days after, you have contacted us about your cancellation. You must contact us about your cancellation at [email protected]
. In your email you must make it clear to us, that you wish to use your rights of cancellation.
We can retain the full payment until we have received the products, unless you can prove that you have returned it.
The following products are not omitted from the rights of cancellation:

- Delivery of sealed products, which due to health and/or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Delivery of products that due to their nature are inseparably mixed with other products by delivery.

You are bound to indicate, and on requested, show what the fault or deficiency is. As a starting point you can complain over a fault that shows latest two years after you have received the product. 13. Subscription terms
The conclusion of the agreement
The terms for subscription is applicable all our types of subscription. Changes in name, address, e-mail, or payment information must either be immediately given to Sleek Copenhagen in writing on [email protected], through your profile on our website or by mail to Sleek Copenhagen, Hammerholmen 11K, 2650 Hvidovre. You will receive a receipt for your subscription agreement by mail.
It is only possible to by 1 starter pack pr. person for. Hereafter, they cost 120 SEK / 130 NOK, which is automatically invoiced by repeating purchases of the starter pack.

Changes in subscription type
Changes in subscription type happens without charge. All changes take effect after the existing subscription periods expiration. You can change your subscription type through your profile on our website, by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling us.
Subscription period and cancellation
The agreement is valid from that day where you enter the subscription agreement and will continue till you cancel your subscription or failure to pay. The subscription can be cancelled any time you’d like with instant immediate effect. The are no commitments at Sleek Copenhagen. Although, the subscription must be cancelled before we have sent the concerned delivery. If you have already received your delivery, you must use your rights of cancellation. When will my subscription payment be withdrawn?
Payment for your subscription will be withdrawn when Sleek Copenhagen has sent your order. You will at the same time the money is withdrawn receive a mail with information about the amount and the orders content. The amount that will be withdrawn will match the amount for that subscription type you have ordered. Your order will be sent the first weekday after your order. This will also be valid for future arrivals of our subscription solution.
The payment for delivery will be withdrawn on the same day as the shipment. The package will be sent with PostNord. A receipt for every purchase will be sent by e-mail. You can always see all order history on your profile at sleekcph.com, receipts and subscription info. See more on your profile. If the payment doesn’t happen latest on decay a fee will be charged for every reminder letter at 10 % of the bills amount. Failure to pay for your subscription gives Sleek Copenhagen the right to cancel your subscription without notice.
Changes of the subscription terms
Changes regarding this agreement that will be to the consumers advantage, hereunder price and fee deductions, can be made without any notice. Changes regarding this agreement that will be unfavorable for the consumer, hereunder price and fee rises, will be noticed with a notice of no less than 30 days.
You are considered to have accepted changes, if you have not noticed us within the date that the changes are executed. All valid prices and subscription terms are available on www.sleekcph.com.
If you violate the subscription agreement or subscription terms, we are justified to cancel your subscription without notice.

As a condition of your subscription at Sleek Copenhagen, you give consent to that Sleek Copenhagen can contact you through e-mail and phone. You will receive e-mails on your registered e-mail address and SMS-messages at the registered phone number.
Sleek Copenhagen will through e-mail contact you with information about updates, changes and further on regarding your membership at Sleek Copenhagen.
You can also be contacted through phone at the registered phone number with service / guidance in how you get the most out of your existing membership. You can by anytime unsubscribe to these messages by responding with ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in one of the mails we send you.
